Article 18 No unit or individual may change, move or dismantle night lighting facilities without the approval of the Municipal Municipal Appearance Administration. Article 19 If any person responsible for the night lighting facilities has one of the following acts, the administrative comprehensive law enforcement agency shall give a warning and order it to make corrections within a time limit; if it refuses to make corrections after the time limit, the citizen may be fined 200 yuan or less, and may be punished for legal persons and other organizations. Article 22 If a party is dissatisfied with the decision on administrative punishment, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or file an administrative lawsuit according to law.
