5. The qualifications that the bidder should have:
1. A legal enterprise registered in China (with a registered capital of 5 million yuan or more) and having independent legal personality;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
3. Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;
5. In the three years prior to participating in this government procurement activity, there were no major violations of laws and regulations in the business activities;
6. A manufacturer (and/or) authorized to produce sales qualifications with street lamp production qualifications.
7. Take samples of the lamps that meet the requirements of the drawings and store them.
Sixth, the number of suppliers to calculate:
If the bidding product is the same brand of the same brand, it shall be regarded as one. Seven, qualification review:

The copies required to be provided must be stamped with the unit seal and the originals should be provided for reference if necessary. If the qualification documents provided are incomplete or untrue, the bid or winning qualification will be cancelled.
