At the same time, it is necessary to observe whether the directions [+ and -] of the inverter parameters LF88 and LF89 are the same. If not, change the setting value [on/off] of the inverter LF18. Until the two directions are the same.

4. The inspection state should be opened immediately after the operation stops.

5. Please note that due to the first operation of the elevator, the situation of the hoistway is unclear, and it is feared that the car will collide with the hoistway.

6. After the engine room test and maintenance operation is normal, you can enter the car top operation.

C. Car top operation;

1.

Check that all switches in each car top safety circuit are valid.

2.

Check if the car top inspection is prioritized.

3.

After the first and second items are normal, you can press the car top up or down button to perform the car top inspection operation. If it is not normal, check the car top after the emergency stop.

If the car top inspection point moves up and down, it is normal. The whole process of the hoistway can be inspected on the top of the car. Check that the hoistway is installed correctly.

D. The measurement layer is high.

1.

The elevator is level on the lowest floor and is on standby.

2. Leveling accuracy adjustment

1. When each layer is flattened above and below;

a. When the underlevel is below 50mm, the upstream can reduce the value of DD274, and the lower limit can reduce the value of DD276.

b. When the super-flat layer is below 50mm, the value of DD274 can be increased in the uplink, and the value of DD276 can be increased in the downlink.

c. When the 3rd floor is not leveled and the 3rd floor is leveled, the leveling error is 20mm.

d. Move the magnetic shield on the 3rd floor to 20mm.

e. Increase the value of the memory DD206 in the layer height table corresponding to the 3rd floor corresponding to the pulse number of 20mm distance.

f. The value of the PC data register DD358 is how many pulses per mm, so the pulse number PI of 20mm is;

h. Set DD206=P measured at the original height, then the new DD206=P+P1.

i. If the 3rd floor is super-flat, and the 3rd floor is under-level, the leveling error is 20mm.

j. Move the magnetic shield on the 3rd floor down 20mm.

3. Automatic status

If it is not normal, it should be found whether the hoistway wiring is wrong [because the control panel has passed the in-plant inspection test].

6] The elevator stops when the non-base station has closed the door and puts into fire; it should start to return to the base station immediately, and open the door after M66↓, M166↑.

7] When the elevator does not enter the deceleration, it will be put into fire; it should be returned to the base station without deceleration, and M66↓M166↑ after parking and opening.

8] When the elevator has entered the deceleration, it will be put into fire; it should not be opened after deceleration and stop, and start to return to the base station M66↓, M166↑.

9] After the fire is put into the fire return status, all internal and external call signals are cleared.

2.

5. If the upper and lower stations are always super-flat in normal driving, it is likely that the upper limit switch installation position is too low or the lower limit switch installation position is too high. Please note that the installation location is correct.
