Luminus Devices announced a new breakthrough in its LCD panel white light LED CBT-90, using Big Chip technology, the new generation CBT-90 can replace the previous 300W xenon lamp and 175W metal halide lamp for professional lighting such as medical and entertainment lighting. The application provides a system-level LCD panel trend light output.
According to Luminus Devices' Lighting Business Unit, the CBT-90 has only one 3mm x 3mm chip integrated on a metal core printed circuit board, which has a 25% increase in brightness and a luminous flux of more than 2200 lumens at the highest input current. And said CBT-90 can also replace the application of 175W metal halide lamp in the trend of entertainment lighting LCD panel.
