0 Preface

Surgery phantom lights, examination lights, and surgical room lights are routine and necessary equipment for hospitals. Medical lighting systems are the necessary working conditions and preconditions for many medical tasks. Therefore, the lighting effect between operating rooms is particularly important. Good lighting can create a comfortable light environment for doctors and patients, improve the efficiency of doctors, reduce the anxiety of patients, and meet the different requirements of doctors and patients.

Surgery lighting fixtures mainly include surgical lighting and indoor lighting. The traditional surgical shadowless lamps are mostly halogen lamps. The huge lamp holders consisting of an umbrella lamp housing and a group of halogen bulbs have the following obvious problems: (1) Large power consumption, easy to damage; (2) stroboscopic, easy to cause visual fatigue; (3) infrared heat radiation produces higher temperature rise, easy to cause wound loss in patients affected by wound healing; (4) color temperature is not adjustable, not conducive to doctors Accurately distinguishing the organization, easy to cause medical accidents; (5) The structure of the lamp hinders the purification of air circulation, and the purification level needs to be improved to meet the cleanliness requirements, and the construction and operation costs are increased. The indoor lighting in the traditional operating room mostly uses ordinary lighting, which has potential risk factors of excessive temperature damage, and has a short life span and a fast replacement frequency.

In view of the problems and potential risk factors of the above-mentioned inter-operative lighting, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University took the lead in setting up a "integrated LED energy-saving demonstration operating room" (see Figure 1), which is the world's first "LED energy-saving demonstration". The establishment of this demonstration site in the operating room has opened up a new medical lighting solution.

1 Integrated LED energy-saving surgery room lighting program content

The specific implementation of the integrated LED energy-saving operation room lighting scheme is: replacing the traditional umbrella lamp housing of the hospital operating room with a group of halogen bulbs with a color-temperature adjustable surgical shadow lamp, and replacing the indoor lighting with LED panel lights. The purpose of the lamp is to provide a more humane and comfortable operating environment for doctors and patients.

At the same time, in the field of medical lighting, in addition to surgical shadowless lamps and indoor lighting, partial inspection of lighting fixtures, such as dental lamps, endoscope lamps, surgical lighting for regional lighting, surgical preparation lighting, for the treatment of special diseases Light therapy equipment, such as photodynamic therapy equipment, neonatal yellow disease treatment instrument, ultraviolet disinfection lamp, etc., are suitable for promoting LED medical lighting.

1. 1 LED color temperature adjustable surgical shadowless lamp

LED color temperature adjustable surgical shadowless lamp (see Figure 2), light source with color temperature adjustable integrated high-power LED chip, multi-color chip hybrid integration method, LED lighting source module based on circuit board direct chip package (COB) technology, use color The numerical calculation method is used to establish the model of multi-chip parameters and color temperature; according to the surgical shadowless illumination detection standard, the optical system is designed to achieve the higher level of spot size, maximum spot illumination, uniformity of illumination, and shadowlessness of the surgical shadowless lamp. . The brightness adjustment and the color temperature adjustment are performed by adjusting the brightness mixing ratio of different color dies in the LED chip by driving the control board. The brightness of the output light can be continuously adjusted to achieve the most ideal comfort. The small size greatly reduces the volume of the illumination system, reduces the influence on the air flow in the medical illumination space, and effectively improves the quality of the operating room purification. Safe to use, traditional medical lighting uses halogen bulbs, and halogen bulbs have safety hazards due to high temperature, bursting, etc., while LEDs have low temperature and are not easily broken under better heat dissipation, completely eliminating the above-mentioned use. Security risks.

1. 2 LED panel light

The LED panel light (see Figure 3) is a fully sealed structural design that is mounted on the ceiling. Compared to the conventional grille lamp shape, dust is not easily deposited in the gap of the grille, and the disinfection is more comprehensive and thorough.

LED panel light adopts LED lamp bead as the light source, which has the characteristics of high brightness, uniform illumination, soft light, no stroboscopic flash, low noise and good color rendering. As we all know, fluorescent lamps contain Li, Beijing is a toxic substance that is very harmful to the human body. And the fluorescent lamps are made of fragile glass as the outer shell. Once the glass is broken, the ligament will immediately evaporate into the air, and instantly the soft concentration of the surrounding air can reach 10 -20 mg / æ—·, exceeding the national standard of 1000 - 2 000 times, vulnerable to human health. With the rapid development and popularization of LED (see Table 1) lighting technology, the advantages of integrated LED energy-saving surgical lighting solutions are becoming more and more obvious. Medical lighting is generally divided into three categories: lighting, diagnosis and treatment. However, different functions will have different requirements and specifications. For example, surgical lamps in medical lighting require IEC60601-41, IEC60601-1 and other specifications to design their optical, thermal and electrical characteristics. Because the lamp specification requires that the light source required for the surgical lamp needs to have high color rendering (CRI > 85), cold light, low color temperature, and the surgical light module needs to have high illumination, no shadow and other optical requirements.

The surgical lighting adopts LED color shadow lamp with continuously adjustable color temperature, which can achieve the effect of no temperature rise, adjustable color temperature, different color requirements of different tissues, high color rendering, uniform illumination and other effects, helping doctors to improve the quality of surgery. , reduced the risk of surgery. 3 The advantages of integrated LED energy-saving surgery room

(5) LED has a long service life of 30,000 hours, which is 50 times that of traditional surgical light source, which reduces the cost of consumables in the operating room. The life of conventional lamps and ballasts is about 6000h, which is calculated by working 12 hours per day. 37 years; LED lamp life is about 30,000h, calculated by working 12h every day, about 6.8 years, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the lamp.

4 Summary

In recent years, LED light source as a new generation of illumination source, with its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, long life, high color rendering index, etc., has been favored by the majority of application fields, and at the same time, the medical lighting is gradually emerging, and has been widely used. Recognition and praise. The integrated LED energy-saving surgical room lighting solution is an integrated lighting solution specifically designed for the characteristics of medical lighting. In medical lighting, in addition to the above-mentioned good optical performance, the LED light source also avoids the problem that the patient's wound water loss affects the wound healing due to the higher temperature rise caused by the infrared heat radiation of the conventional halogen lamp; the color temperature can be continuously adjusted, depending on the The organization adjusts the sharpness at different color temperatures to achieve better illumination effect, which helps doctors accurately distinguish tissues and reduce medical accidents caused by visual errors.
