At present, the City Greening City Appearance Bureau and various districts and counties have established information systems for the treatment of domestic waste, but there is no correlation between the systems and the systems, which are relatively dispersed and not within a unified framework system. Each system only focuses on a certain link in the domestic waste logistics, or a certain area, and does not manage the whole process of domestic waste disposal in the city.

The data related to logistics include weight and route. Since the transportation route of domestic garbage is relatively fixed, the weighing data of domestic garbage is an important data to be mastered in the management of domestic garbage logistics. Currently, 36 measurement points are installed in Shanghai, including 21 measurement points for the municipal solid waste weighing system and 15 measurement points for districts and counties. 36 measurement points, including 13 disposal points, 8 terminals and 15 transfer stations. Domestic garbage weighing data is currently submitted the next day, not in real time.

The existing business processes include information flow, capital flow and logistics flow. New business process to be realized after construction of information system

After the construction of the information system, two key nodes, the settlement center and the monitoring and command center, were added on the original basis to change the business process of capital flow and logistics. The settlement center integrates the original decentralized fund management, and the settlement center distributes it uniformly, thereby effectively improving the shortcomings of the previous fund flow process. The monitoring and command center will uniformly schedule the municipal solid waste disposal in the city, unify the originally scattered resources through the monitoring and command center, rationally allocate and use them, and optimize the original business process.
