Why did Zero Paoyang successfully list the new three board Yiguang Lighting and why it announced the termination of listing?

On January 18, 2018, Shenzhen Zero Benyang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zero Benyang") successfully listed on the New Third Board. According to the information disclosed by the National Equity Transfer System, Wen Xiaogui, the chairman of the board, directly owns 51% of the shares and is the actual controller of the company.  As per the official announcement, Zero Benyang reported an operating income of 93.563 million yuan in 2016 and 43.904 million yuan from January to June 2017. The net profit for these periods was 4.1098 million yuan and 2.7597 million yuan, respectively. Established in 2005, Zero Benyang specializes in LED advertising logo lighting solutions. The company focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of LED lighting applications, with its main products being LED modules and LED strips. The company targets the mid-to-high-end market, concentrating on areas such as logo lighting, indoor and outdoor illumination, and landscape lighting. Over the years, Zero Benyang has obtained several international certifications, including CE, RoHS, UL, ISO9001:2008, and ISO14000. With an annual output value nearing 200 million yuan, its products are exported to over 100 countries and regions across Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. To date, Zero Benyang has built a global sales network, featuring a headquarters and a subsidiary in China, six regional divisions, more than 20 offices, four overseas offices, and over 30 sales outlets worldwide. While Zero Benyang celebrated its successful listing on the New Third Board, another company in the same sector, Xiamen Yiguang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yiguang Lighting"), announced the termination of its stock listing on the National SME Share Transfer System on the same day. According to the announcement, Yiguang Lighting submitted its application for delisting to the National Small and Medium Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. on December 29, 2017. Despite having been approved for listing on the National SME Share Transfer System on January 19, 2018, as stated in the letter issued by the system (Letter No. 96 of 2018), Yiguang Lighting’s journey has not been smooth. Yiguang Lighting primarily engages in the R&D, production, and sales of LED lighting products, offering LED light sources, fixtures, and modules used in hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, and residential spaces. According to high-tech LED inspection data, the company's annual revenue reached 39.671 million yuan in 2015 and 45.732 million yuan in 2016, with net profits of 1.2104 million yuan and 1.3108 million yuan, respectively. In the first half of 2017, revenue increased by 47.06% year-on-year to 33.29 million yuan, but the net profit attributable to shareholders was a loss of 585,700 yuan. In 2017, the lighting industry continued to face challenges, with product homogenization remaining widespread and expected to intensify in the coming years. Additionally, the concentration of resources within larger groups poses significant difficulties for smaller enterprises like Yiguang Lighting.
