- For each building, the inspection must be completed within 15 calendar days after the notice of inspection.
- An official test report must be issued within 5 calendar days after the completion of the inspection.
**II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders**
1. The bidder must be a legally registered company or institution within China.
2. The bidder must hold a valid qualification certificate for construction project quality monitoring agencies, with appropriate qualifications for foundation testing. Additionally, it must possess a qualification certificate issued by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Construction Administration Department. The bidder should have sufficient working capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
3. The project leader proposed for the project must hold at least a mid-level engineer title or higher, and must have an employment inspection certificate issued by the company.
4. This project does not accept bids from consortiums.
**III. Registration and Purchase of Tender Documents**
1. **Bid Registration**: Interested bidders may register from December 14, 2017, to December 20, 2017 (excluding legal holidays). During registration, the legal representative and project manager must present the original letter of introduction, original and copies of the legal representative's ID card, original and copies of the project leader’s ID card, and the original power of attorney from the legal person. Additional documents required include:
- A copy of the business license or legal entity certificate
- A copy of the organization code certificate (or a copy of the business license if the three-in-one certificate has been issued)
- A copy of the qualification certificate
- A copy of the project leader’s mid-level engineer or higher title certificate and work inspection certificate, along with ID card
- A copy of the project leader’s endowment insurance certificate from July to November 2017
- All documents must be stamped with the official seal and arranged in order. Originals must be presented for verification; otherwise, registration will not be accepted.
2. **Tender Document Collection**: Bidders who have successfully registered on-site may collect the tender documents from December 14, 2017, to December 20, 2017 (not less than 5 working days, excluding public holidays).
