The leakage tracking tester is a specialized instrument designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB4207, IEC60112, and other relevant standards. It is primarily used for simulating the leakage tracking index and leakage resistance of solid electrical insulation materials and their products under humid conditions. This device is widely applied in electric and electronic products, household appliances, and various industrial equipment.

It is commonly used in research, production, and quality inspection departments of lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, power tools, electronic instruments, and IT equipment. Additionally, it is suitable for testing insulating materials, engineering plastics, electrical connectors, and components from the accessory industry.

When operating the leakage tracking tester, users should take necessary safety precautions. Personnel must protect themselves from potential exposure to chemical solutions that could cause harm to the eyes or mouth. The device requires an AC220V ± 2% power supply, and the exhaust system should be properly vented through a window to ensure good air circulation.

During sample testing, the door should remain closed at all times. After completing the test or if no fire or smoke is produced, it is essential to turn on the fan first to clear any residual fumes before opening the door. Before starting any experiment, always check whether the equipment is within its valid calibration period. If it has expired, do not proceed with the test.

The power supply should use a three-pole socket with proper grounding to ensure safe and stable operation. Following these guidelines will help maintain the accuracy and reliability of the results while ensuring the safety of the operator and the surrounding environment.
