It is primarily used to simulate the leakage tracking index and insulation resistance of solid electrical insulating materials and their products under humid conditions. The input power supply should be AC220 ± 2%. Ensure that the exhaust pipe is properly vented outside. Never open the door during the test. After the test is completed or if no fire or smoke is produced, turn on the fan first to remove any remaining fumes before opening the door for further work.

Before conducting any experiments, always check whether the equipment is within its valid calibration period. If the device is overdue for calibration, do not proceed with the test. The power supply must use a three-pole grounded socket to ensure proper grounding and minimize electrical hazards.
