At present, 3G mobile phone solutions supporting TD-SCDMA are mostly implemented with 5 to 6 core chips. The problems of low integration, large power consumption, and large product area have caused great confusion to terminal manufacturers. From the solution of the TD-SCDMA communication module, many solutions need to use a TD-SCDMA baseband chip and a TD-SCDMA RF chip, and also need a GSM/GPRS baseband chip and a GSM/GPRS RF chip. The power supply is also designed reasonably, using a 2.65V power supply to power the NAND FLASH, and a 1.8V power supply to the SDRAM. NAND FLASH and SDRAM are directly connected to the NAND interface and SDRAM interface of the SC8800 chip.
