The NSA2860 is a high-precision integrated sensor conditioning chip designed for various resistive or capacitive sensors, such as pressure and thermocouple transmitters. It features an external JFET controller, two 24-bit measurement channels, sensor calibration logic, and dual constant current sources. The chip supports multiple output modes, including digital, analog, 4–20mA, and PWM/PDM, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
The NSA9260 is a highly integrated signal conditioning chip specifically designed for automotive bridge pressure sensors, meeting the AEC-Q100 standard. It includes a high-precision instrumentation amplifier and a 24-bit ADC for main signal measurement, along with a separate 24-bit ADC for temperature sensing. With built-in MCU capabilities, it supports advanced calibration functions, including zero-point sensitivity adjustment, temperature drift correction, and nonlinear calibration, ensuring accuracy within 0.1%.
Nanochip also offers a complete capacitive sensor solution with the NSC9260, combining ceramic capacitors with automotive-grade signal conditioning. Ceramic capacitors are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high elasticity, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. These sensors are widely used in automotive applications such as oil pressure, fuel pressure, and exhaust pressure monitoring.
