Siemens today and China Guizhou Aerospace Electric Co., Ltd. ("Aerospace Electric Appliances"), a listed company of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation ("Aerospace Science and Technology"), signed an agreement to provide consulting and technical support for its digital enterprise demonstration project in Guizhou Province. This is a solid step after Siemens and Aerospace Science and Technology established a strategic partnership in the digital factory, smart manufacturing and cloud services in May this year.
The digital enterprise demonstration project planned for this project was selected into the 2016 pilot project of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation. With the support of digital enterprise solutions, Siemens will help the shop integrate product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing operations management system (MOM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and automation systems to achieve full data flow. Finally, the goal of intelligent production is achieved.
