STMicroelectronics' new Industrial-Plus serial EEPROM memory operates at temperatures up to 105°C, making it one of the most versatile EEPROMs available in the market for memory, bus interface, and chip package solutions. This enhanced reliability allows designers to update system data parameters without modifying the printed circuit board design, offering greater flexibility and efficiency.

The 34 new products are available in the M24 (I2C) and M95 (SPI) series, with capacities ranging from 2Kbits to 512Kbits. They come in pin-compatible SO8N or TSSOP packages, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration. These devices are designed to perform reliably in harsh temperature environments, making them ideal for industrial applications that demand long-term stability and performance.

Additionally, the internal device identification code allows designers to implement traceability systems, protecting sensitive information such as product serial numbers, identification codes, or other critical data using internal write lock protection pages.
