Therefore, experts and scholars must consider the issue of energy conservation when lighting urban landscapes. In general, urban landscape lighting should be designed with reasonable lighting from the perspective of brightness, color application, dynamic application, technology and art.

This is not to say that night lighting is not required. Recently, the Ministry of Construction has approved the preparation of the “Design Guidelines for Urban Night Lightingâ€.
